It is highly recommended that you consider purchasing an all-inclusive holiday insurance package that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical travel insurance before travelling to Tulum, Mexico. The government health plans have significantly reduced their coverage of out-of-country medical expenses. To get a quote for all your insurance needs, please contact GLP Worldwide. For Ontario residents, Travel Guard® is available, and for all other provinces, Manulife Travel Insurance is available. You may also want to check with your credit card provider as they may offer full or supplementary coverage.

Baggage Claims

Please be advised that in case of baggage damage, a written notice must be submitted to Air Canada Vacations within seven days of receiving the checked baggage. If your luggage is delayed or lost, a written claim must be submitted within 21 days from the date of baggage misplacement. Please note that all information shared with Air Canada Vacations will be kept confidential.
